Time Matters PowerViews

Originally introduced as a “preview” function, the Time Matters PowerView was an HTML-based display of information stored within the Time Matters database. This also enabled direct links to the displayed data; blue, hyperlinked text within the views triggered display of the specific piece of information referenced.

PowerViews were available for all thirteen record types in the application; the three examples shown here are all specific to matters (i.e. legal cases).

Example of the 7-Day Activity PowerView
7-Day Activity PowerView

This view pulled all activity stored in the database that related to the specific matter selected. In the example shown, a related contact, an upcoming event, and multiple uncompleted tasks are displayed relating to the case “Able v. State of Florida”.


Example of the Detailed Billing PowerView
Detailed Billing PowerView

Like the previous view, this shows detailed billing information for the selected matter. Shown here are time and expenses related to the matter, both billed and unbilled. All of the data was displayed in accordion-style sections, to enable collapsing of information not immediately relevant to the task at hand.

This view showed all emails contained within the application that related to the selected matter. Information such as time and date stamping, subject, and recipient were all displayed in the table.
